Short Update on Manufacturing

Hello all,
Just wanted to give a small update as manufacturing is going smoothly and it's still on schedule to finish around Christmas time. I will be getting a Mass Production sample sometime late this week or early next week to make sure everything looks good. Once I give LongPack the green light, they can continue in their manufacturing process and finish production.
I will provide another update in early December to showcase some of the updated components from the sample, pictures from the manufacturer, and possibly some videos of behind the scenes production. The haunting in Brightview is getting closer!
Pledge Manager
Around 88% of backers have completed their surveys. There are still 15-20 of you who need to complete your surveys so please get those done as soon as possible. I will keep reminding those who haven't through email or I'll reach out to you directly to get it completed.
Claustrum
If you're not following me on Instagram/Facebook, I announced a new game, Claustrum, on Halloween. This is a new 2-4 player fully cooperative game that's currently in development and I can't wait to show more updates on this in the future.

Manufacturing Underway, Locking Orders, Charging Cards

Hello everyone!
Great news, manufacturing was given the green light just the other day! With this process starting, the timeline currently stands at production finishing around the holidays in December. So we'll still be in line for fulfillment in Q1 of next year.
Locking Orders
Since the manufacturing order has been finalized, I will be sending out the 48hr notification for locking orders in BackerKit today, which means on 10/18 the orders will officially lock. For anyone who still hasn't filled out their surveys or completed them with their payment info, please get that done within the next two days.
*You will still be able to update your address after your orders are locked.
Charging Cards
I will be charging cards on 10/31 for pledges, shipping, and taxes.
*For any future preorders, they will automatically get locked and charged once completed.
Tariff Situation
Currently, the tariff rate is 30%, and if it stays the same or goes down by fulfillment time, I will cover the cost. If the tariffs increase, I'll need to consider using BackerKit's tariff cost tool to charge US backers once that shipment is out of China. I will update you all on this possible charge again closer to the time.

September Update - Pledge Manager and Manufacturing Timeline

Hi all,
Some short updates as we get closer to manufacturing.
Pledge Manager
Thank you to the majority of backers who have already completed your BackerKit Pledge Manager. I'm looking to probably lock orders at the end of October.
Important to note: locking only applies to your items. You’ll still be able to update and confirm your shipping address much closer to delivery. Taxes and shipping charges haven’t been taken yet—you won’t be charged when orders lock. Those payments will happen later, and I’ll notify you before they’re collected.
As for the Preorder Store on BackerKit, this will stay open for an extended period of time.
Close to Manufacturing
Currently, I have given LongPack updated files for a pre-production sample that I should get at the end of this month or the first week of October. Once I receive the sample, review it, and make sure the components all look good to go, I'll give LongPack the green light to start manufacturing! If there aren't any hiccups, manufacturing should start in October and be completed by the holidays in December.
If there are any delays during the timeline, I'll be sure to let you all know in an update.

August Update - Surveys, Development, and More!

Hello everyone and hope you're all having a great summer!
Pledge Manager
About 80% of you have filled out your surveys in the BackerKit pledge manager, so a big thank you for the prompt responses. There are still around 50 backers who still need to fill out their survey so please get that done as soon as you can. If anybody is missing their link or needs help with their order, please contact [email protected]
Development
Currently, I have completed final edits on all components excluding the first player tokens and rulebook. Graphical facelifts for the rulebook along with font and color updates are still in work, which will be the final steps before I fully green light it.
Once the rulebook is fully complete, I can start putting all the components together to get it sent to my manufacturer (LongPack) for review.
TTS Playthrough

Surveys Incoming + Preorder Store Opening!

Hey everyone,
I hope you're all having a fantastic week so far! I have some important updates to share as we move into the next phase of the project.
BackerKit Pledge Manager
In the next few days, you’ll see smoke test surveys going out to a small group of backers. This is a standard process where BackerKit sends surveys to around 5% of backers to make sure everything is working smoothly. Once those come back without any issues, surveys will be sent out to all remaining backers shortly after.
This survey is where you’ll confirm your pledge items, select any add-ons you want, and enter your shipping address. You will be asked to confirm (or edit) your order and input your address so that shipping can be calculated. BackerKit defaults to the highest possible shipping cost until you enter your address, so don't panic if it shows a huge shipping cost at first.
Surveys will remain open until mid September, and after you respond to the survey, you'll still be able to go back later and change your responses at any time if needed.
We will lock orders and charge cards later on in the process once manufacturing is further along, and then we'll send another update to warn you before your cards are charged again for shipping and taxes closer to fulfillment.
Preorder Store Opening
We will also be opening the BackerKit preorder store for anyone who missed the campaign within the next few days. Note that the game will be priced at $50 USD in the preorder store, compared to the original backer price of $37 USD.
*Note - Anyone who backed at the $1 tier during the campaign will still be able to get the game for $37.
Also, the Whisperer STL file price will remain the same as during the campaign.
Limited Edition Whisperer Statue Available
I’m also excited to announce that the Limited Edition 8-inch pre-painted Whisperer statue will be available in the preorder store and as an add-on in BackerKit.
Only 10 will be made, each professionally printed by Silver Heron Studios and hand-painted by Pink Orc Studios in the Netherlands. Price: $330 USD
This is a perfect addition for collectors or anyone who wants a commanding centerpiece for their horror shelf. If this happens to sell out and there's more interest, I'll consider producing more in the future.
Production Progress & New First Player Tokens
In production news, component files are continuing to be finalized and optimized for manufacturing. I also discovered that we had extra real estate available on one of the punchboards, so I’m adding first player tokens to the game. It’s a small but useful quality-of-life addition to keep gameplay smooth.
