Fulfillment Update #4 - US/CA Completed, UK/EU Shipping Now

Hello all!
Updates below on fulfillment status:
US - Orders should've been fulfilled to all backers. If anyone had a damaged box or components, please reach out to me and I can try to get you a fresh copy if necessary.
CA - My last update mentioned I wasn't sure if CA orders went out with the US ones, but they did! So all of these backers should've received their copies as well.
UK/EU - Zatu should be shipping out all orders currently so be on the lookout for shipping notifications from them any day now!
AU/NZ/SG - VFI should've been back from their holiday a few weeks ago and resumed operations. I just checked the VFI website below and it looks like for AU/NZ backers, the shipment to the hub should arrive by 4/23. I'm assuming the SG hub should get updated soon as well so I'd check the site again every few days.
I'm anticipating reviews and other content to drop from creators at some point so be sure to search for the game on Youtube to check them out!

Fulfillment Update #3 - US Orders Shipped

Hi all,
Updates below on fulfillment status:
US - All orders have been dispatched from Flying Cloud and some of you could've received the game already or will be receiving it very soon. Please check your emails (spam too) for shipping notifications!
CA - I didn't receive confirmation yet if Canadian orders shipped along with the US ones, but if any Canadian backers receive a shipping notification or get the game soon, then you'll know! If not I'm expecting these to be very close to dispatching as well, so be on the look out.
UK/EU - No new update for UK/EU backers as the shipment to Zatu is still on schedule, and then fulfillment would start sometime in mid March.
AU/NZ/SG - Like I had mentioned in the last update, VFI has paused hub shipping until after Chinese New Year, and this won't change until the holiday is over. Link is below for backers to check status, which will hopefully change in the next few weeks.
The soundtrack is also up on Youtube as well. I'm hoping soon it will also be up on other platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Youtube Music, etc. Don't forget to loop it while you're playing!

Fulfillment Update #2

Hello all!
Brightview is inching closer to your tables...
Here are some fulfillment updates below:
US/CA - Shipment was actually ahead of schedule and now at the fulfillment center - Flying Cloud. A notice was sent out to backers today notifying them that their addresses will be locking on Friday, so please make sure those are current and accurate. Once the addresses are locked, shipping should be able to start soon after!
UK/EU -Shipment looks to still be on track to Zatu for the end of the month, so expect a follow-up status on this in the next update.
AU/NZ/SG - Small delay for backers in these countries as VFI has paused hub shipping until after Chinese New Year. The game is now listed on their hub status list (which is good), so we'll be able to see when this eventually updates after the holiday to say "Estimated Hub Arrival". Link is below for backers to check status.
That is the current status as of now, so I'll update you all again in the very near future!
Hope some folks have gotten the chance to listen to the Soundtrack so far or have printed their Whisperer miniature. Let me know!

Update on Fulfillment, STL/Soundtrack Files, and More

Hello everyone!
Hope all of you are having a good start to the new year so far! I'm hearing whispers that The Brightview Haunting is getting closer to finally reaching your tables.
Fulfillment
As of today fulfillment should be on track to start in late February for US/CA backers and mid March for Europe backers. For all other countries, I would say sometime in March as well. As a reminder to backers, you'll receive an email from BackerKit when fulfillment is looming telling you to confirm your address.
Addresses and Surveys
The address lock process has just about started for backers in Australia, New Zealand, and Singapore, but we won't lock addresses for all other backers until freight is closer to arriving at the fulfillment centers. This is coming up quick so make sure addresses are accurate.
There is still some stragglers who haven't completed their surveys, some who haven't put in their payment information to pay for shipping, and a few backers whose cards are still declining for the shipping charge. Please complete as soon as possible since fulfillment is just around the corner. I will make sure to reach out to some of you if surveys stay incomplete.
STL/Soundtrack Files
I've decided that I will start sending out the Soundtrack and Whisperer STL files today to the backers who've completed their surveys. I hope you guys like the music and for those who bought the STL, I can't wait to see them painted before getting the game to your tables! You'll be able to find these files on your survey confirmation page shortly.
If you haven't finished your surveys yet, please complete so I can send these digital rewards to you.
Development on Claustrum is going strong and I'm getting a lot more playtests in recently, so the mechanics and gameplay are really getting ironed out. As I mentioned in my last update, if anyone has Tabletop Simulator on Steam and would like to playtest at any point, please DM me on any socials to let me know and we can set something up.

Great news, production went smoothly and is now completed!

Shipping
As of now, the shipments are in the process of leaving the factory and we're still waiting on confirmed shipping dates. More to follow in the next update.
Surveys
Reminder to please complete and finish your surveys! There are still backers who have filled out their survey and provided an address, but haven't added their payment information to get charged for shipping. As a reminder, when addresses eventually lock in the future, you won't be able to receive the game unless you input that information come the time.

Development on the new game is going great and I've recently added a few new creatures to the mix. Here is a sneak peek at the Vyracull below:
